The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to 10 Waverly St., near Birmingham Parkway around 2:05 a.m. for what turned into a two-alarm fire.
Nobody was injured in the triple-decker fire, the department reports, estimating damage at $150,000.

12 Waverly according to the BFD twitter... which due to a fluke of history (I guess) is sort of like a cross street to the street to Waverly street!
Unrelated to the unfortunate events, I never realized that Waverly turns and in both directions going straight puts you on a different street. I assume S. Waverly and Duval didn't exist when houses started going up on Waverly.
Edit: or 10 maybe. When I typed this it was 121.
