Man charged as Back Bay dumpster arsonist

Boston Police report arresting William Elliott, 44, for a series of dumpster and trash fires in the Back Bay and the Public Garden over the weekend.

Elliot was formally charged with burning of personal property, police say.

Innocent, etc..
