Man already arrested twice on gun charges at Mildred Hailey Apartments in JP arrested on charges he shot a man there

Boston Police report arresting Andre Raper, 27, on charges he shot a man at 265 Centre St., in the Mildred Hailey apartment complex early Thursday.
Police say detectives and patrol officers, with help from the BPD gang unit, arrested Raper at 930 Parker St., also part of the Mildred Hailey development, around 5:30 p.m. yesterday.
This past August, Raper and another man were arrested on charges they exchanged gunfire, without hitting each other, across Centre Street - near where Raper is now charged with successfully shooting another man Thursday.
Last year, he was arrested at 934 Parker St., next to the building where he was arrested yesterday.
In 2016, Raper was arrested on drug and gun charges at 934 Parker St.
Innocent, etc.
