At every Red Line station an angry mob, due to a train that's deader than a doorknob

The Red Line is a mess this morning due to what the T says is a train with "a mechanical problem" at Downtown Crossing.

The mechanical problem was a metal grate covering sticking up from the tracks that shorted out the power system on the train
