Garbagemen didn't forsake one Huntington Avenue building, they were blocked from getting to it
Yesterday, we posted a photo of the grim, gross scene behind 873 Huntington Ave. where a modern Mt. Trashmore has been building up.
A roving UHub photographer who spends some time roving up and down Huntington, however, reports track work along the E Line blocked the entrance to the alley where the building's dumpsters are stored for more than a week, keeping the trash haulers from getting to the trash to haul it away.
Heavy equipment blocked access during multiple attempts for the trucks to get in the right driveway here behind the buildings.
He snapped the above photo yesterday showing that, even with the equipment gone from in front of the alley, the avenue's still pretty narrow.
