Green Line joins the fun, one train just won't run

The MBTA reports delays of up to 15 minutes on the inbound B Line due to a trolley that got to Washington Street then decided, nope, it's not going to risk going down that hill.

It's not the other way around with respect to the hill, or you'd be able to make a reference to that train not making a deal with God.
