Update: Body found on Spectacle Island.
Police and fire crews began searching the waters off Castle Island Sunday night for Mohemed Fofena, of South Boston, who has autism and is non-verbal.
Massport and BFD boats and BFD divers left the scene around 11 p.m., but although two BPD boats continued the search. The search accelerated this morning, this time with the Coast Guard in the search
State Police report they and Boston Police are also searching on land:
He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and blue footwear when last seen. Anyone who sees Mohemed or has info about him should call 911 immediately.
