Storrow, storrow everywhere: Trucker gets stuck under Red Line bridge in Dorchester, forcing delays in service

WriteHandMan reports that around 6 p.m., the driver of an 18-wheeler got good and stuck under the bridge that carries the Red Line over Freeport Street in Dorchester - causing 20-minute delays on the Red Line.

18-wheeler drivers have been wedging their trucks into the too-small opening for years. Before today, the most recent Freeporting was in November.

Earlier today, the driver of another 18-wheeler gave his trailer a haircut in Westborough, while the driver of a box truck narrowly missed a storrrowing along the Charles.
