You're gonna need a bigger harbor

Weymouth Police posted this photo of the water off Weymouth around noon today and report:
The Weymouth Harbormaster and Animal Control Officer responded and searched the area but did not observe anything. Photos and video were shown to experts who could not determine if it was in fact a shark however they could not rule it out. It is possible that it was an ocean sunfish mistaken for a shark which is common occurrence. Ocean sunfish are very large often swim near the surface because they feed mainly on jellyfish. Their protruding dorsal fins are sometimes mistaken for those of sharks. Ocean sunfish are docile and not a danger to swimmers.

ocean sunfish are a deepwater species... I think it would be highly unlikely to spot one in a Massachusetts harbor.

Nantasket
Saw them off Nantasket a few years back, that's not much different than Weymouth Harbor. You can also see them at the north entrance to the Cape Cod Canal.

I've seen them inside Provincetown Harbour and Boston Harbour
Fox 25 had the video this
Fox 25 had the video this morning. The fin was flapping against the water at a pretty high speed and doing quick turns, things you don't usually associate with a big shark.
Shark Week Marketing
Either a hoax or Shark Week guerrilla marketing, those are my two guesses. :)
Seal Test
They typically go after seals. As the seals move away from the sharks, the sharks follow.
The water is ungodly warm this year - does not surprise me in the least that critters have moved up the coast.
P.S. There really isn't a Weymouth Harbor - this looks like the Fore River near Weymouthport and Hingham.
