Severe-thunderstorm watch? Meh, let 'em know when it gets to a severe-thunderstorm warning

Bianca spotted some scullers on the Charles as storm clouds moved in and the NWS issued a severe-thunderstorm watch.

That's no sculler!
Those are sweep rowers! Each has only one blade, vs. scullers who have two.
(Don't worry, it's a common mistake that nobody except rowing people will care about.)
Those aren't scullers...
Scullers are rowers who use one oar in each hand - two oars per rower. Sweep rowing is when each rower in a shell uses only one larger oar with both hands.
Thanks, Adam!
HA! I knew the first two
