The hood rats have found this place. They are not adding to the discussion and I'm a bit surprised they are getting by Adams filter.
People who knew the victim

I'm far more inclined to let folks who knew the victim post something. I realize it means a form of online English most UHub readers aren't used to, but everybody deserves a chance to say their piece, especially about somebody they will never see again.
OK, but should you allow racial slurs too?

It's not the non-standard

It's not the non-standard English I'm opposed to, as I use it all the time when I'm not at work or dealing with the public. It's the "OG" and "wavy" and their connotations. But it's your site, so if you don't want to nip it in the bud before it becomes a "UHub thuggin' gone wrong" kind of situation, that's your call.
So, can you translate please?

"OG" and "Wavy" are not part of the Somerville-standard dialect, at least among my semi-superannuated age group. Can you tell us what they mean to people half my age in Dorchester?

NPR just reported that this address is in Mattapan, not Dorchester?
Probably because B-3 responded

And that's the "Mattapan" police district, even though it covers a fair bit of Dorchester as well. Here's the exact wording in the BPD statement:
So a reporter could be forgiven, I guess, if they assume that means the shooting is in Mattapan. Iif there were an incident at the Back Bay Hilton, BPD would say the response was from "District D-4 (South End)" ...
In this case, the shooting scene is well north of Morton Street, so I'm going to say it's Dorchester, with the caveat that let's not forget the real point here: Somebody died.

The passing of this young man

The passing of this young man is very unfortunate, condolences to his family.
If people want Adam to start being subjective with comments, UHub will not be as enjoyable to read. I have seen swears in other posts and in this situation the "racial slur" word was not being used as a racial slur. I have overheard conversations where that word is used 3 times in each sentence. I don't know if I'd call it a term of endearment, but that is just how some people talk to each other.
Honestly, did many people understand what either of those posts even meant?
Also, it is not wavy to have passed away so young, and real G's would not comment on Uhub.
