The lawn in front of the Hatch Shell doesn't open until 5 p.m. for tonight's Fourth Third festivities, but Leslee spotted people lining up this morning to get in at the stroke of 5.

that spot is actually better than being on the lawn. if/when there is an evacuation because of weather, the evacuation is only for those inside the barricaded areas. The rest of the spots on the esplanade are free to do what they choose.
