Clearly they share at least some (most?) of the fault for painting that pole black.
This would have never happened if only the roads where five times larger with huge parking lots.
Joking aside, glad no one was hurt. A pedestrian would have lost limbs with that sort of impact.

Image if Google cars killed 15,000 every year.
That would cut our traffic fatalities in half! (assuming all cars are Google cars.)
