At House of Blues, 98 Degrees isn't just one of the bands that's playing tonight

Sara reports tonight from the My2K Tour at the House of Blues - which features several bands, including 98 Degrees - that 98 degrees also appears to be the temperature inside:

If security is pouring water into people's mouths in front row at My2KTour we have serious heat issue at venue.

Casealeigha agrees:

We're upstairs and it's too hot to function.

Actually, suffering from heat exhaustion inside of a nightclub is not just a First World problem. You may never have traveled outside of the First World, but non First World countries have nightclubs as well.

not a prison or a sweat shop, you are free to leave at anytime. I'm also pretty sure that in these non-first world countries you're referring to the patrons aren't taking to twitter to whine about the heat in the summer.

You're not making any sense. Third World countries have nightclubs too where patrons are free to leave. Personally I'm not a fan of boy bands, so I wasn't there so I can't speak to the whining... I guess you would know!

Because I read the original post on the subject and also read the links within, you should try it sometime!

it was actually sweltering to the point that people were passing out in the venue.

yes, people are free to leave at any time, which i did (very early from the show, in fact). disappointing to say the least. i have no problem with the summer heat, but i do at an indoor event where there are hundreds (thousands) of people and safety is an issue. call it whining, whatever, i don't care.

Haven't seen a show there in years, but I do remember it always being swelteringly hot.
