Big tow truck for stuck 32 bus on Hyde Park Avenue

Pamela Aimee had a ringside seat to watch a T tow truck try to haul away a 32 bus that got stuck on Hyde Park Avenue in Roslindale this afternoon. This was shortly before 5 p.m. - about an hour after she first spotted it stuck.

We had a similar thing happen on my street in Quincy. The bus was stuck for well over two hours. There was actually another bus there for for a while, too, but it may have just been the next bus on the route not wanting to share the same fate.

The one here got out without a tow, but with the help from a large plow and a lot of guys shoveling. And a QPD officer, who was very good at yelling at people in cars who were also getting stuck.

Some good entertainment on an otherwise boring day inside!
