Ben Becker spotted the anti-Marx, Nazi-navy flag wearing Trumpies assembling at City Hall Plaza before their little rally on the Common this morning.

After Charlottesville, after watching the way that the Charlottesville police completely got their pants pulled down*, if a bunch of one-tooth-having inbred white supremacist trash were all HURR HURR BOSTON NEXT, what would you have done?
*this is with the generous interpretation that they weren't a-ok with the neo-nazi-klan violence; some Charlottesville cops were observed smirking and standing by while white supremacists attacked protesters.

I had assumed that green flag was some obscure Nazi thing. It turns out is the “flag of Kegistan” which is a thing made up by basement dwelling failures who have wrapped their bigotry into a whole new subclass of social disfunction. You have to look it up to unwind all of the absurdity. How do these people call themselves grown men? I bet they also take on silly names and titles like the Klan did. Someone should start doing some serious sketch comedy around these bafoons. Go back to your basements sad people and play more video games while the rest of us do grown up things.
Also, as an aside I will continue to honor my pledge of donating $1 to the Southern Poverty Law Center for each hate marcher at these looser fests. I estimate this one to be about 50 people. I hope you will join me.

It's not just some stupid frog thing, it's based on the German naval flag used during World War II. So just enough deniability to satisfy the most discerning of neo-Nazis.
The green flag
By BikerGeek
Sat, 11/18/2017 - 7:29pm
is based on the "Vinland" flag, designed by Peter Steele of the goth/doom-metal band Type O Negative back in the '90s, and as used in the band's artwork and in live performances. Type O Negative are decidedly NOT associated with fascism, white supremacy, or neo-Nazism. If anything Peter Steele's personal political beliefs tended toward socialism. Steele has said that the flag was intended to represent his interest in his Norse heritage, connection with nature, and socialism.
The flag has the same "cross" design seen on the flags of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, but in green, white, and black.
Unfortunately, like a certain cartoon frog, it's a symbol that's been appropriated by far-right groups. "Kekistan" was a meme that started on 4chan /pol/, and they turned the VInland flag into the Kekistan flag. They kept the green background but changed the black and white stripes, adding a "KEK" logo in a circle, and adding the 4chan logo in the upper left.
Fans of Type O Negative have been known to wear the Vinland flag on t-shirts and other clothing, but, given that this is another symbol that the far right is managing to f--k up for everybody, many of them may stop.

It is just some stupid frog thing. I get it, they are nazis. But fundamentally, they are just a bunch of pathetic losers who belong in their patents basements. And that is where they will end up while the rest of us run the world. I don’t care if they call themselves national socialists, white nationalists or whatever. They are just good old fashioned white trash and deserve nothing more than mockery. Taking them seriously only makes them feel important. And they aren’t. They are the butt of jokes, at most.
In the spirit of taking them lighty, think back on this from the Big Lebowski:
Donny: Are these Nazi’s Walter?
Walter: No Donny, these men are nihilists. Nothing to be afraid of.
Donny: Are they going to hurt us Walter?
Walter: No Donny. These men are cowards.
It would be nice to think so

The mistake would be to ignore them just because they're basement dwelling skids though. The original nazis were also fucking losers before becoming nazis. Goebbels was a failed author. Himmler was a failed chicken farmer for christ's sake. They couldn't take responsibility for their own failures, so they blamed it on "the others" just like the "alt-right" shitheels are doing now.

Let the pathetic tiny group of people show up, have their little fun and crawl back under their slimy rocks, all but completely ignored. No fuss, no muss. Free speech at it's best. Not like last time when hordes of hundreds of thousands of "decent people", some clearly ready for confrontation, showed up to counter protest the Nazi rally on the Common consisting of about twenty ineffectual little people without so much as a PA system and ended up causing all the trouble themselves which went on into the night long after the Nazis were gone.

If you feel that way, exercise your right to stay away. Do not presume to dictate others' response or preach about what they "should" do. And at the same time, when you get a mouse or two in your house, feel free to "completely ignore" them, secure in the conviction that it can't possibly turn into a larger problem (or at least if it does, it won't threaten you personally, or anyone you care about).

Palestinian ideology is so backwards that they are probably never going to have a real country.
Lesson learned: Do not start wars with stupid empty slogans like "streets running with blood" or anything like that. Real wars involve land grabbing, not saying dumb stuff then losing pathetically. Wars like that are over in less than a week... but the whining can go on for half a century or more.
