The advertisement and the website are all about things to do in NH and for outdoor tourism. I don't think the way of life motto "Life Free or Die" need apply here. If it were an advertisement about living in NH or historical tourism, I think that'd be a legit use of the phrase. I like this application on the great outdoors.
