City councilor with a fuzzy-wuzzy

City Councilor Matt O'Malley (Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury) and cute little fuzzies from MSPCA joined today to proclaim World Spay Day in Boston in honor of efforts by the MSPCA and others to help people get their pets spayed. MSPCA-Angell is in O'Malley's district.
