...via the states website to let him know how I feel about using the state's website to post this speech. It is the most difficult goddamn procedure I have ever encountered anywhere. It makes those malfunctioning self checkouts and the T's Charlie card switch look like models of efficiency. I might just call the State House. I hope others try it out and let me know what you think. Now I have two gripes to send to the State House!
