Peoplle with #saveourchildren signs? They're QAnon'ers i.e. Trump supporters who want to "save" children who don't exist from basements under pizza places that don't actually have basements to keep Tom Hanks and Hillary Clinton from ripping out their precious little adrenal glands. Yes, they walk among us even here in Boston.
No, the staff here at the UHub mountain fortress have not been drinking, but perhaps we should start.
These cultists, who also believed John F. Kennedy Jr. is still alive, and one of whom allegedly went on a bender and started smashing her car repeatedly into other peope's cars because she was convinced they were pedophiles, has absolutely nothing to do with the real Save the Children, which has been working to save actual children for more than 100 years.

Portland cop riots
The Portland violence is being instigated and escalated by the cops. Attempting to quash protests against police murder and brutality with more police brutality is an insane strategy yielding predictable results.

The video evidence of police brutality on largely peaceful protests is pretty clear. There is vandalism in Portland, but if someone is robbing a grocery store cops don’t teargas and beat every single shopper and employee in the Stop & Shop. Also, vandalism is not comparable to police-initiated physical brutality and excessive violence on a person.
A few bottles get thrown? Boo-hoo. These cops are professionals paid by the citizens. Buck up, retreat to safety, or use your alleged professionalism and all this “training” that taxpayers pay for and figure out away to de-escalate the situation.
Again, countering protests against police violence by using police and DHS violence is a losing strategy. Fix the goddamn problem people are protesting about in the first place.
The behavior cited in your article is professional law enforcement basically showing up to your burning house and spraying it with gasoline and blaming you for everything going to shit. And it is exactly the optics that Trump wants.

The odd thing about that particular conspiracy is that adrenochrome is available from chemical supply companies and is not a particularly expensive chemical compared to many other things you might find in the supply closet of a molecular biology or pharmaceutical research lab.

Comet Pizza
My favorite detail of the pizza restaurant conspiracy is that the sign outside of Comet Ping Pong has symbols in it that supposedly communicated the hidden and sinister aspect of the establishment to the secret society of pedophiles that were abusing children in the basement that doesn't exist under it.
The other problem besides the lack of basement is that the sign outside of Comet Pizza was something that the owners bought as salvage from a liquor store and deli that was in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC. The sign went back to the late 40s or so. I forget exactly when that store closed but when they were selling the stuff from there off the couple that eventually opened the pizza shop bought it because it was a cool mid-century sign and made a good name for their restaurant. I'm sure QAnon would just modify their conspiracy to say that the liquor store was part of the pedophile network or something but it was obviously nothing of the sort.
