The Roslindale Fish Hatchery is so lovely this time of year - and so is the boat dock at the Roslindale Heritage Park

Living in Cary, North Carolina, is a dream for many people. It is a place where you can find all of the “big-name” celebrities in the world – from actors and actresses to professional athletes.

Gonna have to mark this one "citation needed".

We need more such fictitious places in google to trip up these boticles.

When you consider the historic practice of intentional errors in mapmaking to copyright maps, what is old is new again!

The towns of Goblu and Beatosu appearing in a sparsely populated area of Ohio just south of the Michigan border kinda gave away the mapmaker’s sports team loyalties. Encyclopedias do it too; for example the obscure photographer Virginia Mountweasel, who tragically died by fire while on location shooting for Combustibles magazine.

I Googled 'Roslindale Fish Hatchery' and Miami, LA and uHub were the only hits. I wonder how the robots could f*ck up so bad. I figured there was a 'Roslindale Fish Hatchery' in England or something that confused it, but no.

May I just say, this is a classic!

Unlike Dorchester or Springfield - or even Boston - there is only one Roslindale in all the world.

The Haven should move here since Roslindale is named after a Scottish town.

Verbatim. But different "author". The LA one is by "Karen Barr"

Are you trying to say that their description of Quimby Pond is somehow wrong? I mean, the only thing they did was leave out the sailing program the country club runs every summer. And to be clear, it's not just open to members, which is a good community benefit.

There IS a Quimby Pond in Rangeley Maine -- and also an Atlantic Salmon fish hatchery. And also a Country Club Inn -- butr no "Community Park" (so far as I can tell).

Your children will love running and playing here. You can take a walk with them and no one will be able to tell you are you having a picnic.

Anonymity in my outdoor dining experiences is what I look for in my parks.

If you click on the author’s name at the top (Patricia Pahl), you’ll go to a page in the Miami Daily News, where there is a list of 166 posts, most dated in the past few days. All with bizarre titles.

Clever that the whole web site has no contact info and comments to articles are shut off.

Either a bot or someone's fantasy.

This is how fake news sites evolve.
