More than 60 shots fired in Bunker Hill shootout; nobody hit

Live Boston reports numerous cars and buildings - but no people - were hit with gunfire during a gun battle that erupted near 50 Medford St. around 10:30 p.m. on Monday.

Police recovered more than 60 spent shells.

They quickly found spent shell-casings to cover as well as ballistic damage to multiple vehicles, buildings, and homes throughout the area.

After reading the article I have come to the conclusion that the Police are guessing it was a shootout. Unless they're holding back information from the press.
BPD would never do that, would they? /s

This happened on Monday, more than 60 shots, and we're just hearing about it NOW? Man, and I thought that Charlestown "code of silence" thing was a myth.

And I've always wondered why trained soldiers firing weapons with no recoil and dead-straight trajectory were so bad at hitting targets. The other side wasn't a lot better.
