Man stomped into unconsciousness at Andrew T stop
Transit Police report they are looking for two men they say attacked a 56-year-old man at the Andrew Red Line stop around 9 p.m. on Monday, sending him to a local hospital for emergency care.
The victim alleged he was targeted and set upon for no apparent reason by two males who with a closed fist punched him in the face knocking him to the ground and striking his head on the platform. While on the ground the victim was kicked in his face/head area by the suspects. The victim was unconscious for a brief period. The victim was transported to a local area hospital for emergency treatment.
