A vexed citizen filed a 311 complaint about the blinding light that Rotary Liquors, at the rotary in South Boston, has added that would make a good topic for a song by the Weeknd or Manfred Mann and the Earth Band, depending on the citizen's age.
Light added on the side of rotary liquors is still shining brightly into homes until after 11PM. It is interfering with sleep. Extremely bright. We have asked them to turn it downward and it has not improved and is on late into the evening
