although considering that this was taken with a camera onna stick, some video stabilization may have been added in post.

The toys for doing these things are getting pretty sick. I just got a 360 action camera for Xmas and the editing package edits out the stick, stitches the video together, and the camera/system has amazing image stabilization. This is a proper use of AI tech.
I went out and shot a bunch of videos today at Parker River NWR, and I am still learning how to edit and export the views I want from the editing software from the 360 video. I was amazed by the image stabilization as I was walking around with a telescoping stick in hand and everything is rather smooth! Now I need to install the mounts for my bike and my kayak.
Beautiful spot!

When I was a wee lad, my great aunt and uncle had a cottage on Plum Island. They never had kids and treated my dad and his siblings as their own. Hope you had a lovely day - I have great memories of biking the length of the NWR and going for a swim at Sandy Point.
The cottage lost the battle with global warming about 20 years ago.
