UPDATE: Victim identified as Taquise Johnson, 29.
WFXT reports a man was fatally shot on Border Street near Falcon Street around 11:50 p.m. on Friday.
Boston Police report the victim, 29, was shot several times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
This is Boston's 23rd murder of 2018 and East Boston's first.
