Man shot to death on Bernard Street in Dorchester

Victim identified as Derek Fitzpatrick, 49, of Dorchester.

Boston Police report a man was shot to death around noon at 45 Bernard St, near Browning Avenue.

Police say the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
