Four shot near Mildred Hailey spot where police arrested a kid for a Mission Hill shooting hours earlier

A man was shot in the leg on Parker Street or Horan Way in the Mildred Hailey Apartments around 9:10 p.m. and as he was showing up at a local ER, three other victims were turning up as well.

The shooting scene is steps from where police arrested a 17-year-old for a Mission Hill shooting shortly after noon.

Police found spent shells on Bickford Street, near where it intersects Parker.
