Man without a license was driving around Roxbury with a stolen, loaded gun, police say

Boston Police report officers who stopped a man they said was driving erratically in the area of Dudley and Magazine streets wound up arresting him on gun charges Wednesday night.

Police say Todd Hill, 54, committed "several violations of the auto laws" around 10 p.m. After he pulled over for officers around the corner on Woodward Avenue, they discovered he did not have a valid license, so ordered him out of the car. And then they found "a Taurus PT11G2 9mm loaded firearm," police say, not specifying whether they found the weapon on him or in his car, but in either case, it had previously been reported stolen in South Carolina.

Hill was charged with illegal possession of a loaded firearm, possession of a firearm with three prior convictions, illegal possession of ammunition, possession of a large-capacity firearm, receiving stolen property and driving without a license, police say.

Innocent, etc.
