Man arrested in Los Angeles for May double shooting in South Boston

Boston Police report US marshals this week arrested a South Boston man on charges he shot two other men on Joyce Hayes Way in the West Broadway development around midnight on May 22.

Marshals arrested Twaldo Baez, 18, of South Boston in Los Angeles on Wednesday, police say, adding he would be flown back here to face charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Both victims survived, police say.
