A federal judge in Boston today agreed with a request from Senate candidate Shiva Ayyardurai to dismiss his lawsuit against Cambridge over its banning him from from parking his "Real Indian" campaign bus at his Concord Avenue headquarters, because the city rescinded the ban after getting proof Ayyardurai was not parking it there permanently, but was instead actually using it to go places. Oops, they did it again. The Globe reports it's found more examples of workers at the Secretary of State's office doing election work for the longtime prince of darkness secretary of state during working hours. At least one works in the elections department, so you'd think he might be familiar with the rules governing such things.

The news comes as Galvin faces one of those pesky primary challenges, this time from Boston City Councilor Josh Zakim.

Some 27% of the delegates at the state Republican convention in Worcester voted for Scott Lively today, which is more than enough to force a primary with Gov. Baker this September.

Lively, who also ran four years ago, really hates the gays, although he says he doesn't want to see them put to death. Lively came up with his gay Nazi theory after he got tired of being called a Nazi himself.

WBZ reports Setti Warren couldn't raise the sort of money he thought it would take to win. That leaves two Democrats still running to take on Gov. Baker - Jay Gonzalez and Robert Massie.

Shiva Ayyadurai, who is now running as an independent against Elizabeth Warren, filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Cambridge this week, alleging it is harassing him over his campaign bus now that it features the "resonating campaign slogan" of "Only A Real Indian Can Defeat The Fake Indian."
