A developer is proposing a five-story residential building at 279 Maverick St. in East Boston, next to a five-story building it recently finished.
In a filing with the BPDA, MG2 Group says five of the units would be marketed as affordable.
The building would have 18 parking spaces and room for storing 34 bicycles.
