The Globe reports Legal will replace the old Jimmy's Harborside with a giant new restaurant it'll call Legal's Harborside. Two other restaurants will also go into the renovated pier.
I don't understand Legal's business model. It's like, "Where should we put our next restaurant. Oh, I know, across the street from the one that's already there."
They have Copley Square covered, don't you think? And, now, on to the Seaport District!
At least its not a cookie cutter legal, but something new.
Also, whats this about? Its news to me:
" Another stalled project is New England Development’s buildout of offices, a hotel, and retail stores on Pier 4, where another family of immigrants, the Athanases, continue to operate another Boston institution, Anthony’s Pier 4."

Why not?
It worked for Dunkin Donuts, why not Legal's. Dunkin has four locations on every freakin' corner for cripes sake..
