Japanese tourists used to come to Boston and visit Fenway Park and MIT. This fellow visits the JFK Library and the marathon finish line.
Is this the image "Boston" conjures in Japanese minds today? Boston is the American home to assassinated Presidents and bombing victims?
Why so bitter, bro?

There are still plenty of Japanese tourists at Faneuil Hall, doing all sorts of touristy things. And I'm sure Japanese baseball fans would still like to see where people named Matsuzaka, Okajima, Uehara and Tazawa pitched/pitch.
God forbid the top elected official in another country pay respect at a library about the father of the US ambassador to his country and to the people of a city that suffered a pretty major incident a couple years ago. You think he should just head down to the Glass Slipper?

Check out the tourists getting a picture with the "John Harvard" statue. Plenty of Japanese tourists out and about there.
My son has scooped ice cream for large tour groups with orders relayed through translators.
Nice

It was nice of Mahty's older brother to lend him a suit for this occasion.
Though seriously, get that man a tailor.
And no comment about the guy taking a picture with than iPad...

FYI--The wreath that the Prime Minister and Mrs. Abe presented is now on display in one of the lobbies at City Hall.
