In response, Boston raised transgender flag at City Hall. Photo by Swirlygrrl.
Abbi Matheson is livetweeting the appearance - two days late - of the anti-trans hate bus to Boston. They started on Cambridge Street in front of City Hall, plan to navigate to the State House and then hope to rile up Harvard students - assuming they can get around the protesters.
UPDATE: Mayor Walsh responds by raising the transgender flag above City Hall Plaza at 12:30 p.m.

It's called conduit rail. Solves the self centered NIMBY's "problem" of "OMG - but the wires are UGLY!"

Here's the rebuttal..
It all presumes that the gender identity encoded in our brain is determined genetically. I'm neither agreeing nor disagreeing just pointing it out.
When a person whose genes say male, grows up feeling like they're really a girl, and that persists for years, it is an act of denial to say that he or she is an illegitimate person. It is a phenomenon and denying the phenomenon is an act of willful ignorance. A separate question is the policy you make as informed by the facts. If you can't agree on facts, you often can't agree on policy.
Here's a comparison

What's the point of her liveblogging a bus that few people care about.....for the glorification or her massive ego?
What's the point of you commenting here?

The irony of you taking the time to point out how little people care about something is going to be lost on you anyway, but I thought it had to be pointed out.
For those few who care, at least.

... for the "transgender people are sick" crowd:
So what? Would they propose:
And, for those whose answer is #1, would they propose doing the same for other "sick" individuals? People with deafness? Blindness? Crippling arthritis?

Yeah, right. Soon he'll be dissin' the transgender community just like he dissed the homeless community in the end. All talk, empty promises. No green, no go.

Rationality. CitizenGO differentiates itself from other groups in seeking truth by way of reason. It does not resort to ideological dogmas or formulas to communicate the causes on which it acts. Everything CitizenGO proposes has its basis in science, law, and anthropology. Interest groups should see that CitizenGO is a rational organization that acts and communicates reasonably.
Their website has plenty of language affirming human rights and dignity. The catch however is that human rights and dignity only apply in the context of their version of a Christian perspective.
Notable is that though this is a Spanish organization their board of directors includes Brian Brown, the president of National Organization for
Bigotry Against GaysMarriage.Zero rationality

Their abuse of a genetics textbook is only rivaled by their abuse of The Bible.
I have more respect for someone who shuns the science and only relies on their religion. At least that's an honest (yet moronic) ethos.
By attempting to distort science (sorry, science has shown that just having an X and Y chromosome says nothing about a hormonal variation that might lead to someone developing a penis in the womb but develop a female identity in puberty), they do a worse disservice to science than someone who avoids science entirely. It's irrational to accept some super basic definition of genetics but then refuse the more intricate and detailed research that goes beyond X's and Y's.
