Man arrested outside Southampton Street shelter for South Boston rape

Boston Police report arresting Felix Antonio Palmer, 36, on charges he raped a woman at D and West 5th streets around 5:40 a.m. on Sept. 23.

In addition to rape, he is also charged with indecent assault and battery and assault and battery, police say.

Innocent, etc.
