Handcrafted soda and seltzer on tap for Liverpool Street in East Boston

The Boston Licensing Board tomorrow decides whether to grant a food-serving licensing to Holly Mulone for her proposed Painted Plover Provisions, which would serve "fresh sodas and seltzers," made to order with fresh fruits and herbs, as well as offering up salads and gelato, and sell hand-made gifts and other items from across New England at 152-154 Liverpool St. in East Boston.

Mulone said Painted Plover would have 20 seats - and that she's hoping they become more than just a place to drink and eat, that the shop will become a "community meeting space."

She's proposed hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
