Citizen complaint of the day: Damn horses

Why is it that the Park Rangers do not have to pick up their horses waste? It's a heck of alot worse than any dog, especially at the exit of the parking garage on the common. They should have to clean up after the horse.

I've always wondered the same, its really disgusting. Or even better Ive seen horses with bucket like collectors. Is it too much work for the rangers to empty? This was the main reason I was so glad boston police got rid of their horses, they never picked up after their horses either.

Doesn't everyone know that the guys in clown suits are the ones that clean up the horse poop? There should be a whole squad of them following the park rangers around.

They ARE supposed to clean up after their horses. Call the mayor's hotline and take a picture to report a "code brown." That's seriously what they call it.
