David Bernstein reports on a snafu in the 1st Suffolk race involving some precincts in South Boston (wards 6 and 7( getting ballots without the state-senate candidates listed on them. City elections officials say they fixed the problem before 7:30 a.m.

From the sounds of it they were just the ballots that had only the Special Senate election (Markey v. Lynch) and were lacking the appropriate District election. Basically what you filled out if you were anywhere else but that district and registered 'D.'
Precinct 7-5 was fine

I'm not sure which specific precincts were impacted, but I voted in Ward 7, Precinct 5 (in the community room at 185 W 9th) around 8:45, and my ballot was fine.
7-3 was fine as well
