It's not quite dogs and cats laying together, but a disgruntled South Boston citizen has had quite enough of fornicating raccoons on East 7 Street:
Raccoons mating. Need to be removed! Saw them last night on my deck and this morning they are abusing my neighbors pool.

Racoon Racoon candlelight
Doin' South Boston, doin' it right
In the evenin'
It's pretty pleasin'
Racoon Susie, Racoon Sam
Playin' racoon tag in South Boston land
Now they're swimmin'
Neighbor's pool is shimmerin'
And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
Singin' and jinglin' the jango
Floatin' like the heavens above
It's Trash Panda looooooove!

Looking at Google Maps satellite view, there's a surprising number of blue pool-shaped-regions in people's backyards in South Boston, at least on the east side of Dorchester Street. (Among other things, the blocks are thicker on that side, allowing for more backyard space.)

The word "abusing" is too strong in this case. "Trespassing" is a better word in this situation.

Raccoons are not rodents and is that the best shot you get out of an i phone ? Upgrade already ! Hardly any sharpness at all, like they couldn't hold the phone steady with one hand or something. I hope the city doesn't waste any resources on this, or better yet, use the resources to educate citizens about the joys of wildlife and the joy of wildlife photography.

You would think that they would upload a video, so Elmer or Cybah could rework it with something like this dubbed in:

I used to live in Andrew Square and watched one of the notorious southie raccoons murder a cat once. It was traumatizing.
