Boston Police report they are looking for a guy who has now attacked two people and robbed them on South Huntington Avenue.
In both cases, one around 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 22 and one around 10:55 p.m. on Oct. 26, the suspect, described as black and between 5'10" and 6'2", "struck them about the head with either his clenched fist or an unidentified solid object before ripping the victim’s rear pants pocket in order to steal their wallet."
One of the victims was hurt seriously enough to require transportation to a local hospital, according to police.
Police did not specify where on South Huntington Avenue the attacks took place, but the video they released shows the suspect walking away from Huntington Avenue in front of the Serenity Apartments, 101 South Huntington Ave., on the Jamaicaway side of South Huntington, about a half block before Heath Street.
Anybody who either witnessed the attacks or knows who is doing them can contact detectives at 617-343-5628 or the anonymous tip line by calling 800-494-TIPS or by texting TIP to CRIME (27463).
