Two Rhode Islanders who specialize in annoying people in their state took a trip up to Boston this week to stick their iPhone in the faces of workers at the Massachusetts State House and demand to know up front who they are and what they do.
"You work for us," one of the two, who does not live in Massachusetts, told one worker who didn't want to talk to them.
"You work in the people's building," they told another worker who didn't want to give them his name. "Just remember you're a public employee, you work for us," they told the worker, who, as a Massachusetts state employee, does not, in fact, work for Rhode Islanders.
After walking into one committee's office and demanding a receptionist's name and title, which she gave, one said, "I'm Enrique, just walking around checking up on our public employees making sure they're professional and courteous to the people that fund this building."
The Rhode Islanders failed to recognize a state representative who helped get one worker away from them.

Does anyone else find it totally nuts when people show up to rant about their rights being violated but fail to focus on a host of issues like gender inequality or racial discrimination in meaningful ways? Where are they when a black person is murdered by a police officer? Or when a trans person is killed for simply being visible in public space? In my heart, I feel like it's because they don't actually care. They want to be famous, piss off some people while "technically being right" and make money. Seems like wasted energy in a world that could really use some tenacity to address serious problems.

I have come across some of their videos. These are predators who belittle anyone who questions them. A typical “auditor” has no job and a criminal record (it takes little research to find this information). I wish police could do more to stop them from harassing and using poor language choices in these buildings. They are truly above the law and can do no wrong in their minds. Anyone who supports them and their fake auditing jobs is just as pathetic. I am certain they are verbally and physically abusive to animals and family members behind closed doors. Don’t forget about your very own Boston based violent abusive predator/auditor Josh Abrams..

These auditors and other alike also lie. They claim they are not filming customers or children, yet on the videos they publish they don’t sensor faces of customers or their children. I don’t respect them and never will respect a liar. Hope karma gets them soon.

For years, the left and their PR wing, the media, cheered
agitatorsprivate citizens who filmed our brave police officers performing their duties. They even demanded an amendment or repeal of the state's wiretapping law to encourage more of it. They sought training to teach police that public employees could be legally recorded and they'd better like it!Now the shoe is on the other foot. When a few bored aides to the almost entirely Democrat legislature are recorded, whoa! The social justice documentarians are now belittled and derisively branded, "annoying, demanding, sticking their phones in faces of people." It would take a heart of stone not to laugh.
Nahh, they are annoying the public, not just the employees

My analogy would be someone who stands on a street swinging his arms around, without actually hitting anyone. Sure he's got the right to do that, but he's only doing it to piss everyone off. As I mentioned earlier, ignoring them is the best way to get them to go away.

between recording to hold law enforcement accountable and simply harassing employees of the city/state to prove a point. These auditors don’t actually care about the job that people they’re filming are doing, or how they're doing it, just that they can record in the building. Don’t forget, a bad apple spoils the bunch!

Different shoes, different feet, Fishy. Come back when State House employees (who likely come under a LOT more scrutiny than cops) have the same license to kill that your brothers in blue do. Then we'll talk. Until then, you're just as much of a fraudulent waste of space as these grifters.

Good guy that guy Anselmo Enrique Morales-Torres... Moved up here from Florida....
I think he is just pissed the police because they jailed him for grand theft auto (01/10/07) kidnapping with the intent to commit a felony (2/13/10), attempted sexual battery (2/13/10), domestic battery (2/13/10), and attempted sexual battery (2/13/10), and later more charges on kidnapping (6/25/12), Tampering with a Witness, Victim, or Informant (6/25/12), and misdemeanor battery (6/25/12).
If HE is asked to identify himself, like he does people he is filming he refuses. "Rhode Island General Law says a police officer can demand identification from a person who is reasonably suspected of committing a crime." (https://www.providencejournal.com/news/20180914/li... and https://www.providencejournal.com/opinion/20180920...)
And why do HIS rights trump a domestic violence victim trying to file for a protection order in Woonsocket? Oh right! He was once convicted for tampering with a witness that he battered. That is why he was asked to leave one police lobby.
This guy is NO hero.
Joseph Hart hides behind the name Joa Orga and is from Rhode Island.

The most dangerous and aggressive one is one of the CA auditors. He’s a big bearded villain voiced predator. He is getting so aggressive and insulting that in a few videos he is actually attacked. It’s a matter of time before they anger someone who has little to lose.

They definitely have a point. The first amendment completely protects their actions and people are ignorant to think anything else. And its hilarious when people who have been recorded by semi- secret government and corporate owned cameras all day long lose their shit when they see a private individual pointing a camera at them.

No, in fact, it doesn't...but don't take my word for it. First, go down to the Registry of Motor Vehicles and make everyone waiting in line wait for you while you insist on your spurious right to demand some kind of accountability in the form of disrupting public business. Next, tell me where you live and I'l come to your house and exercise my first amendment rights in your living room.

Those workers in the MA state house may work for them.
I’m wondering if since they record their videos and “work” in Massachusetts, they should be paying some state income tax on profits from their YouTube videos in MA correct?
I’m guessing they don’t pay federal income taxes on the profits here either.....
