Citizen complaint of the day: The dogs of Beacon Hill and their lazy-ass slob owners

A fed-up citizen files a 311 complaint about the situation all over Beacon Hill:
The amount of dog poop throughout Beacon hill, Charles Street, Mount Vernon and others is out of hand in the neighborhood. Something needs to be done in terms of cleanliness, or fines.

Even though I live in filth (not of my own making) in Brighton, I make a mental note of how nasty the piles of dogs shit are in Beacon Hill. In fact, once when walking through there I saw one who was obviously the scion of a well-to-do familia, wearing a majestic purple complete with crown and scepter, and looking like he might be drunk either on booze, rage, family drama or all three, coming a-towards me walking something obesively fattened and four legged, and I made darn sure that I comported my face in a look of accusatory disgust and darted my mercilessly penetrating eyes betwixt the piles of excrement on the antique street, the four-legged fat thing, and his owner. I have never seen outrage of that magnitude. They never expect to have to OWN THEIR OWN SHIT!

311 is not the forum for neighborhood-wide issues requiring policy changes or other new initiatives. They should talk to elected officials or a neighborhood association.
Pisses me off
As a dog owner, it annoys the hell out of me when other dog owners act like self-centered, inconsiderate pigs, if for no other reason that it turns people against dogs and dog owners as a class.

Many people are rude, inconsiderate, and antisocial if not outright sociopaths. Some of those people also own dogs.
