Shirtless man sought for racist attack on woman at Broadway Red Line stop

Transit Police report they are looking for a man who attacked a woman of Asian descent at Broadway on the Red Line around 1:15 p.m. on Sept. 8.
The victim told police the guy "spit on her and made racially motivated statements towards her ethnicity," police say.
If found, he could face assault-and-battery and civil-rights charges, police say.
If he looks familiar, contact detectives at 617-222-1050.

You can take one look at this guy and you know that he's going to pull some kind of stunt. The T surely draws a lot of unstable people.
On the Red Line, it seems to be Downtown Crossing, Broadway and Andrew Stations where most of these incidents occur.

I get that it appears that there are a lot of incidents on the T but I wonder if people understand how many people ride the T?
