Today's Globe devoted eight stories to the Bruins celebration and a news brief on this murder, a day and a half after it happened.
The Herald at least got a quote from Tito Jackson decrying gun violence after the shooting, but didn't get much more on the story.
The parade was inarguably big news. But it'd be cool if the city's biggest papers treated a murder as more than an afterthought, and maybe dropped a parade piece or two in order to chase the story.
