An RV from New York had a mini storrowing incident a couple of hours ago. After hitting the "Cars Only" sign at the Mass Ave. underpass on Memorial Drive the completely unfazed RV managed to just barely slip under the bridge, however the AC unit on its roof did not. Hitting the concrete at about 25-30mph it disintegrated and showered the NY plated Chevy behind it with metal scraps. The RV seemed just as non-plussed about the hit as when it hit the sign and continued at the same speed until the next u-turn point. Welcome to our city!

And at these heights, I can see why!

Or is that side of the BU Bridge still technically Soldiers Field Road? In any case, if he has any passengers, they're probably relieved he had good enough reflexes to stop before plowing into the lower train bridge there.

Sometime around 1:30 a.m., a semi driver thought it would be a good idea to get on Storrow Drive inbound. The train bridge near BU quickly informed him otherwise by turning his big rig into a much smaller rig.
Rick Macomber shows us the view from the other side of the bridge, which, of course, is famous for being the only place in America where you can smash a truck under a train that is passing under a car while a plane flies overhead: Read more.
