Children's Hospital technician drops suit over firing for refusing Covid-19 shots

After Judy Martin lost her job as an EEG technician at Children's Hospital for refusing Covid-19 shots, she sued. Attorneys for Martin and the hospital today filed an agreement to dismiss the suit with prejudice, meaning she can't bring it again. The short agreement does not specify why she dropped the case.

IANAL or Judge but it seems
IANAL or Judge but it seems to me that if you work in a hospital and refuse to get a free vaccine for a highly communicable airborne virus you are not taking your patients safety seriously.
Wanton disregard for patient safety is grounds to dismiss from a health organization; I think?
