Boston Police report the arrest of two men they charge opened fire inside Fete, 25 Kingston St., shooting one man inside the restaurant and another walking outside at the time around 12:20 a.m. on Saturday.
State Police, acting on an APB from Boston Police for an Accord with Vermont plates, arrested Eliezer Quinones, 26, of Brattleboro, VT, and Jahleel Sanders-Williams, 28, of Lynn, on Rte. 24 south in Fall River around 4 a.m., Boston Police say.
Police say officers used BPD's extensive network of downtown surveillance cameras to track a Black man in a red hoodie and a White Hispanic man as they fled Fete after the shootings, got into the Accord, drove into Chinatown and the wrong way down Edinboro Street, where they allegedly stopped briefly to toss out the gun - a Glock 19 - then headed towards I-93 south.
Quninones was charged with armed assault with intent to murder and aggravated assault and battery, police say. Sanders-Williams was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, second offense, and defacement of a firearm serial number, police say.
Innocent, etc.
