kyle chapman, who founded resist marxism, was a co-organizer of Saturday's rally with John Medlar who organized Free Speech Boston in August.
In August John said his org would have nothing to do with white supremacists but that's obviously false. Here's kyle chapmen giving a speech about a war on white people for which we (whites) must fight, bleed and die. The speech was in California last year. he claims it's an existential war against, i guess, non-white people or marxists or gays or liberals but definitely antifascists: Watch!. Just about everyone in the alt-right started denying ties to white nationalism after Charlottesville but they're all full of shit.

I agree. The ACLU of Mass. agrees. Boston Police violated the 1st amendment rights of the press. Don't think for a minute that the folks on the bandstand in August or November were there for press freedom, they have their own agenda.
The conceit of the Free Speech rallies across the US is that their political opponents counter protesting are, by counter protesting, infringing on their rights.
White nationalists are always the aggrieved, always the one that something bad is being done to.
Many of the far right rally attendees who gathered at Parkman Bandstand gathered at an area bar afterwards, took pictures and shared them on social media. They posed signaling white power which without context is innocuous but with context is offensive especially in a country premised on democratic rule.
Here's Kyle Chapmen pitching race war in a speech in California last year. And here's a roundup posted earlier on UniversalHub.

Identity politics is old
By Daan

Remember a group of immigrants called Italians? Solid Anglo-Saxon Americans were appalled by the these Catholic, clergy ring kissing, servants of a foreign power (the Pope). What appalled the "natives"? Elements of the immigrants identity.
Same for Irish, Jews, etc.
Call hysteria around immigration, bigotry, anti this or anti that group of people, it's all identity politics.
What? Disagree? Identity politics is some Democratic thing? What is it to be Republican and radical conservative Evangelical Christian but identity.
This brand of Evangelical Christian, seemingly the marble base that the Republican power elite relies upon, is ALL about identity. How so? Because Evangelical Christians have no truck with actual Christianity. If they did they would never have voted for Trump and today would demand that Congress make sure that the wealthiest pay taxes not just on their monetary wealth, but on the wealth that exceeds money: POWER.
Instead folks who wear the identity of Evangelical Christian vote in people who want a nation where there is only one identity: that of Evangelical Christians. The question is however, what really defines Evangelical Christian? What we do know is that it has nothing to do with being a follower of Jesus, Paul, Peter, any of the Christian Apostles or for that matter all but the most violent parts of the Old Testament.

You might want to read Sinclair Lewis's "It Can't Happen Here."
Quoting another reviewer, "The premise of 'It Can’t Happen Here', published at a time (1935) when authoritarian regimes were flexing their muscles all across Europe and Americans had great difficulty imagining a Hitler or Mussolini coming to power in the land of the free, was that it can happen here. Lewis painted a vivid counterfactual portrait of a United States of America sliding into dictatorship, one that is still cited as a cautionary tale to this day:
The main character, Buzz Windrip, appeals to voters with a mix of crass language and nativist ideology. Once elected, he solidifies his power by energizing his base against immigrants, people on welfare, and the liberal press."
You're right: the American flag and Nazis aren't compatible. And yet here are neo-Nazis marching in our midst, waving both barely-coded Nazi symbols and the flag.

The founder of Resist Marxism is Kyle Chapman, a featured speaker at today's rally. He's a violent holder of multiple felony convictions, including armed robbery, grand theft, and illegal possession of firearms. His latest claim to fame among the Army of Unfuckable Hate Nerds is bashing a counter-protester over the head with a leaded stick; he's out on bail on that one, awaiting trial. He's served over ten years in prison already, and he's only 41. I suspect his early habit of huffing ScotchGuard (true story) has something to do with it, though it's hardly an excuse.

National socialists (Nazis) are socialists.
The Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei is the the National Socialist German Workers’ Party - more commonly known as the Nazis.
Would you prefer we call Nazis the National Socialist German Workers’ Party so you are not so confused about your love of all things socialist (even though you tend to get all snooty about the quality of individual factions).
Your message seems to be that National socialists are not the best socialists. No sane socialist would wave the American flag around... especially huge ass American flags. Since there are no indicators of any socialists in the crowd in the photo, then I suspect you are making up the presence of any socialists to make your own socialist identity feel superior for some reason. I feel bad you suffer from inferiority in that regards. I know it probably sounds like I am talking down to you, because I am, but you are a good little socialist and you should be proud of others accomplishments.

The American Nazi party in that article was expressing its concern at pre-election polls that showed Trump trailing Hillary.
They and hilarious little cosplay Nazis like we got in Boston yesterday loved his policies, as they do now: they're were just worried he wouldn't get in.
Trump grew up a dyed-in-the-wool racist, launched his political career with racist birtherism, refused to shun the support of the KKK, and inextricably aligned himself with neo-Nazis after Charlottesville. Mango Mussolini is their puffy, spittle-flecked messiah.

When a National socialist calls you a total loser, what does total mean?
Socialists use the word socialist in their party name but apologists say they do not support socialism. National socialists call someone a total loser but here on this thread we have a National socialist apologist saying that total does not mean total, it means someone is slightly behind in the polls.
