Alleged spitter

Transit Police report they are looking for a man who spit in the face of a woman he didn't know when she refused to pay for his T fare, even after he began screaming at her.

Police say the incident happened around 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 3:

At this time a male, pictured within, began to shout at and intimidate the pregnant victim attempting to persuade her into paying his fare. The victim ignored the lout and proceeded through the fare gates. The assailant then evaded his fare aggressively approached the victim and spat into her face.

If you know Mr. Lout, contact detectives at 617-222-1050 or send an anonymous text tip to 873873.

You're already on the internet. Head over to MBTA.com and you can read the bike policy, smoking policy, and see that there's no policy regardinn wearing shoes, shirts, or dice.

You can pretty much get away with a lot on the MBTA because of the lack of human workers in the kiosks. Last week there was a guy right behind me trying to go through the gate on my fare, so I stopped short and allowed him to go first. He wasn't too happy when he couldn't get through. But I had already quickly gone through another gate while his sweatshirt was stuck in the other gate. TFB. That's what you get. Oh, and by the way, the guy in this photo looks like somebody you just want to beat the shit out of.

tells me that he doesn't particularly give a rodent's rear end what the rules are.

I've seen people smoking in stations, twice at State.

Yes, both because it was 9:15 at night and because it was Labor Day.

the new Washington Village. Where you don't need parking because everyone rides bikes or takes the MBTA. Like this photo portrays.

This guy was harassing people by the Rotary Variety on Old Colony Ave, earlier that day. He should have been arrested then, he was aggressive and yelling sexual profanities, called 911 on him and everything.

In case you did not do so already you should give that info to the MBTA police as they may be able to ID this guy from BPD if you make the connection. Would be good to get him before he does something even worse.

Yup, done. Hopefully the police got to him in time. The fact that it took about 3 minutes to look for "Preble Street" in the system, was kind of nerve wracking. I also tried the intersection, which is Old Colony Ave, and another smaller street that is next to it, and nothing would come up for the dispatcher.

They have them in Quincy. And why all the hate for these bikes? I don't see them or the people who use them causing problems (this animal being an exception)?

the MBTA didn't feel that paying subcontractors minimum wage to wave at people, hang out with each other, and occasionally help a tourist who doesn't know how to use Google Maps was sufficient enough staffing for stations.

They closed the Arkham Asylum for the criminally insane and renamed it MBTA. Where's Batman where are the Transit Police?

Let BPD know where his trip originated and ended, membership number, and other trip start and endpoints?

They were off line - he stole it.

They've pulled out of most US cities, and their website is now only in Chinese. However, over the last month, I've still seen an Ofo bike parked on Exeter Street outside the Boston Public Library, and another at Butler station on the Neponset River Greenway.

I've actually been on a train with this man. He was shouting so angrily and at the top of his lungs at people that his veins were popping out and his head was turning bright red. It's the only time I've ever truly concerned that someone on the T seemed in imminent danger of hurting himself or attacking someone else. He seems extremely disturbed and I hope he can get connected to someone who can find him the help he needs.
